1. Who you are buying from

2. What you are buying

The site sells the exclusive right to have your chosen name and optional message displayed on this website against one specific second of the week — one of the 604,800 seconds from Monday 00:00:00 to Sunday 23:59:59 (UTC). Each second is sold only once. The week is perpetual: your second recurs every real-world week, and your message is shown when the site's live clock passes it.

This is a novelty digital display service, not property. You are not buying time itself, a trademark, a token, a security, an investment, or any right enforceable outside this website. You acquire no rights over the site, its code, or its continued operation beyond what is stated here.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of any applicable tax, before you confirm. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Your purchase is recorded only once Stripe confirms the payment. If payment succeeds but the second was claimed by someone else in the meantime, we will refund that amount in full.

4. No right of withdrawal — this is important

The content is supplied digitally and immediately. By ticking the confirmation box at checkout, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Purchases are final: no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges, except where required by law or in the duplicate-payment case described above.

5. Your message and name

You are responsible for what you submit. Do not submit anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, infringing of someone else's rights, or impersonating another person. Do not submit personal data about other people.

Names and messages are public. Any http(s) link inside a message is rendered as a clickable link; we do not endorse or check linked destinations.

We may remove or edit any name or message that breaches these terms, or that we are legally required to remove, without refunding the purchase. Where removal is our decision rather than a legal obligation, we will tell you why if you ask.

6. Availability

The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or discontinue it. If we discontinue it permanently within twelve months of your purchase, contact us and we will refund a proportionate part of what you paid.

7. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the second(s) concerned.

8. Law and disputes

Spanish law applies, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force at the moment of your purchase is the one that governs it. The date above shows the current version.
